22 April 2020: service update
The Abortion and Unplanned Pregnancy service is operating during the Covid-19 outbreak. The service has adapted to offer, where appropriate, telephone consultations and home use mifepristone and misoprostol for patients at up to 10 weeks gestation. If home-use mifepristone and misoprostol is not appropriate or patients require surgical treatment, clinics remain open with services adhering to national guidelines to ensure safe treatment.
