Royal Free London provides an out-patient only, diagnostic and management service for people experiencing fatigue symptoms. Fatigue can present in different ways and the team is involved with the care and rehabilitation for people with:

  • chronic fatigue syndrome
  • myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME)
  • post-viral fatigue
  • fatigue due to other health conditions.

Treatment options available include standardised specialist medical care, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and other third wave psychotherapies such as mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), graded exercise therapy (GET) and return to work support.
